New E-Mail System
We will be switching to a new WebMail System, due to the difficulty of the current system we will be switching to Google Apps. Google Apps provides a much easier system to use in addition to added features that we currently use other systems for.
The new Google Apps will provide e-mail, calendars and document management and much more. We will continue to use the Message Board until a forum system is added to Google Apps.
We will be swithching effective February 1st, 2008. Google Apps is currently in operations except for e-mail which will go live on 2-1-08. I encourage each of you to go ahead and log into Google Apps and begin to get use to the new system. I feel that each of you will be pleased with the ease of use of Google Apps. The old system will contiune to be available until March 1st in order to retreive old messages and forward to your new e-mail account. Links are listed below for the new and old system in addition to links to Google training for the new system. We will have a formal training session in the coming weeks.
